The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work, including:Completing the flip-to-litigation approval.Guiding clients through the case process.Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents.Completing TD approval for liability issues.Overseeing settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.Managing the release approval process.Managing a team of 6-10 case managers.Focusing on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
