Premises Pre-Suit Attorney

Orlando office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises pre-suit attorney with 1+ year of personal injury or premises liability experience. The candidate will assist in the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.Responsibilities include:Completing the Flip-to-Litigation approval for viable cases.Guiding clients through the lifecycle of their cases.Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.Completing turndown approval for viability issues.Overseeing the formation of demand packages & settlement negotiations.Managing the release approval process.Managing a team of multiple Case Managers.Focusing on Premises Liability cases throughout the state of Florida.Driving compliance and KPIs amongst the team.Handling Examinations Under Oath, Recorded Statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required.Regular reporting to Premises Pre-Suit Operations Manager.Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.Company InfoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone:
