Premises Pre-Suit Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises pre-suit attorney with at least 1 year of personal injury or premises liability experience. The candidate will report to the premises pre-suit operations manager.Responsibilities:Responsible for the day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.Complete the flip-to-litigation approval for viable cases.Guide clients through the lifecycle of the case.Draft and file pre-litigation documents.Complete turndown approval for viability issues.Oversee the formation of demand packages and settlement negotiations.Manage the release approval process.Manage a team of multiple case managers.Focus on premises liability cases throughout the state of Florida.Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team.Handle examinations under oath, recorded statements, and other pre-litigation duties as required.Report regularly to the premises pre-suit operations manager.Must be an active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.Company Info:BCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900Miami, FloridaUnited States 33131Phone:
