This position is responsible for headquarter selling and effective broker management, ensuring the successful representation of Lipton Teas and Infusions across key accounts.Your key responsibilities:Headquarter Selling:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts.Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at the headquarter level.Present product portfolios, promotions, and marketing initiatives to secure optimal shelf placement and visibility.

Broker Management:

Collaborate with external brokers to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and execution.Provide clear communication of sales objectives, expectations, and performance metrics to broker partners.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

Trade Promotion and Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with assigned accounts to maximize profitability.Ensure compliance with contract terms and monitor account performance against agreed-upon metrics.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the assigned account base.Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, Order to Cash, and finance, to drive seamless execution of sales strategies.Provide valuable insights to guide product development and marketing initiatives.

Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:Assigned Accounts: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the headquarter level to collaborate on joint business plans, promotions, and strategic initiatives.External Brokers: Work closely with external broker partners to align strategies and ensure effective representation in the market. Provide clear communication of sales objectives, expectations, and performance metrics.Marketing: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility and product promotion within Assigned Accounts. Provide valuable insights on consumer trends and preferences.Supply Chain and Logistics: Communicate sales forecasts and collaborate on inventory management to meet demand. Ensure smooth logistics and distribution processes to meet customer requirements.Finance Department: Collaborate on contract negotiations and pricing strategies. Provide financial insights and support in analyzing the profitability of deals.Customer Service: Coordinate with customer service teams to address any issues or concerns raised by assigned accounts. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.Executive Leadership Team: Provide regular updates on key account performance and strategic initiatives. Seek guidance and approval for major decisions and initiatives.Skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the consumer goods industry.Strong understanding of the grocery and/or natural foods retail landscape.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic market environment.What’s in it for you:We believe that growth is for everyone, we believe in growing leaders, and we believe in making space to grow an owner’s mentality.
