About The Job

Cyderes is looking for a motivated and well-spoken Sales Operations Analyst (SOA) to join our Sales Operations team. The SOA will be responsible for working as part of the Sales Operations team to support a dedicated group of Account Executives. In addition, will maintain a positive working relationship with the Customers, Sales Operations Team, Professional Services, Finance, and other internal stakeholders. The SOA will possess a sense of urgency, organization, high attention to detail and accuracy, and providing excellent customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.

The ideal SOA is an excellent verbal and written communicator, ambitious, detail oriented, and well organized. The SOA will be tasked with maintaining Cyderes superior customer service reputation with customers, coworkers, team leaders and management. This includes having a sense of urgency with requests, changes or alternatives in procedures, processes, and functions.

ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate customer feedback, expectations, needs and problems to manager and the sales operations team.Process product sales orders confirming orders are aligned with Cyderes sourcing guide, ensure vendor pricing and customer data on the sales order is accurate.Track product fulfillment either by online procurement tools, bills, or emails from vendors.Follow procedures to issue RMA’s for returned products.Receive inbound inquiries from potential or current customers.Accurately produce quotes for product and services business and log all activity in Salesforce (CRM system).Manage, document, report, and follow-up on all activity in Salesforce and order entry system (NetSuite).Ensure all deals are registered in a timely manner within the appropriate vendor portals.Partner with the Lead Specialist to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive for further development and closure.Perform routine follow up calls as per the renewal process.Required to increase product knowledge by attending all vendor product training sessions, updated collateral.

RequirementsAbility to calculate accurate sales numbers in a fast-paced sales environment.Superior communication skills both written and oral.Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational skills.Able to manage multiple forms of communication via O365 email, Slack, Teams, etc.Highly motivated self-starter that does not require day-to-day management while able to work in a team-oriented environment.Proficient with various computer programs: (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, Salesforce).Ability to travel to local Sales or Marketing events 3-4 times per year or as needed by the Sales team.Provide support during high peak sales seasons such as quarter end and year end during our fiscal year.Work from office 3 days a week.Apply Now#J-18808-Ljbffr
