The Role And What You’ll Do

160over90’s Senior Account Executives are expected not to ask for solutions, but provide them through your own expertise, your research and the support of your colleagues and management team. Successful members are those who deliver under the most challenging situations, exceeding client expectations while ensuring internal alignment from creative and executive teams. Strong management of communication with clients, internal teams, partners and vendorsExperience working with planning tools and routines, including project timelines, budget tracking, logistics schedules, event specs, meeting agendas, notes, etc.Ownership of key objectives and activation planning for assigned programs, in conjunction with client and project teamA self-starter, highly organized, knowledge hungry and able to work well with employees at all levels of the organizationWorking knowledge of experiential marketing / VIP hospitality events beyond basic knowledge and ability to speak and strategize on staffing, training, logistics, execution and measurementFrequent collaboration with other internal teams including strategy, creative, digital, video and event productionEstablish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients and partners, as well as all internal team members and departmentsDevelop and actively manage vendor relationships to ensure best available resources and solutions to meet client objectives and budgetMeet and exceed expectations for client service goals and program success metricsMaintain complete and updated program files with all project details and event informationVetting and managing talent for various promotional event appearancesPrioritize, meet deadlines, report on key deliverables and show sound decision makingYou Have These

3 - 5 years of related experience in experiential marketing and/or hospitalityBachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written communicationProject management skills with a high-level attention to detail & ability to multi-taskKnowledge of our industry, services, clients and competitors highly preferredExperience and knowledge working in sport, preference for golf-specific experienceMicrosoft Office proficientWilling and able to navigate nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessaryPreference for a creative, forward-thinkerMust have professional appearance and personaStrong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented approachCareer minded and seeking long-term employment with growth opportunitiesPrior agency experience is highly preferredHow We Work
