Through our learnings about the client's objectives, 160over90 designs strategic marketing solutions that break through to consumers and deliver results. 160over90 connects many of the world’s leading brands with consumers through access to unique sports and entertainment properties. We tap into our broad global assets to create marketing solutions that help clients break through the clutter, build brand loyalty and quantifiably drive revenue.160over90 is seeking an Account Manager to join the Experiential Team in our Chicago office. The Account Manager will play an integral role in managing a variety of a key 160/90 client’s regional partnerships and experiences, including sports, arts, community engagement, music, and automotive programs, as well as lead and execute activations across multiple US markets.Lead the management, planning, coordination, and execution of the client’s Activation strategy and execution in multiple US markets.Interact daily with clients, partner agencies, properties, vendors, and other stakeholders relevant to support client activation initiatives.Evaluate and provide a POV on new partnership opportunities against the established partnership strategy.Manage multiple programs at once, including oversight of timelines/workflows.Participate in the ideation, development and implementation of Activation plan against the established criteria.Liaise/interface with internal cross-functional departments and with external agency partners and vendors.Develop presentations and client materials to support Activation strategy and implementation.Manage all creative ideation approval processes with key stakeholders and clients.Provide general insight and expertise on Experiential landscape in Covid and post-Covid environment.Assist with strategic and creative concept development.Provide oversight and management of success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and program recaps.Manage activation related administrational and budget/accounting matters, including payments to vendors.You Have These:

Bachelor's Degree.A minimum of 5+ years of agency or client-based experiential marketing and account management.Previous experience in managing and executing experiential brand activations.Previous experience in managing brand partnerships/sponsorships is a plus.Capable of managing multiple projects independently and diligently while delivering under time pressure towards pre-defined goals.Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors.Experience working with an automotive brand is a plus.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.Enthusiastic and flexible team player with proactive approach to think strategically and creatively.Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required.Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction.A team player with a positive attitude who can handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly.How We Work:
