POSITION SUMMARY
Warehouse Operator 1 is responsible for, identifying a nonconforming products, loading and unloading pallets for plant, Process Otis Orders, associated Paperwork, and Area Maintenance/Housekeeping.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
This is a comprehensive list, but not limited to:
•Shipping Products according to Customer Orders.
•Receiving and Inspecting Incoming Shuttles from the plant
•Filling out and turning in and/or filing associated paperwork.
•Identifying and complying with nonconforming processes.
•Keeping the area clean and making the work environment safe.
•Pulling and staging loads.
•Follow all company rules and policies
•Other Assigned projects.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way.
•Good communication skills
•Knowledge of forklifts, their operation, and limitations, including their designs, uses general repair, and maintenance.
•Basic computer skills
•Knowledge of inventory locations and FIFO.
•Ability to read, write and speak English
•Willingness to work mandatory overtime
•Employees are expected to work productively and safely
•Must be able to work from 3:30 pm- 2:00 am (Monday-Friday)
Pay up to $21.50 per hour ( commensurate on experience and shift differential) + $600.00 Sign on Bonus
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Forklift experience and/or training preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•Lifting up to 50 lbs
•Frequent lifting and bending
•Standing
•Willingness to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
