What You Will Do
Support performing highly complex qualitative and quantitative analyses.Support strategic, business, and action planning, performance measurement analysis, process and productivity improvement analyses, and business process and action planning and analyses.Support development of specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training project execution.Design and support research/evaluation studies.Leverage research and analysis to develop recommendations and draft professional reports and briefings.Develop statistical methodologies and models.Develop stakeholder engagement plans and analyses.Conduct interviews with technical SMEs, Government officials, and industry leaders to gather information for analysis.What You Will Need
US CitizenshipBachelors degreeMinimum of 4 years of experienceExperience designing and conducting research studies related to national security activities and high-level policy issues, including assessing research needs, conducting literature reviews, identifying appropriate areas of research, considering the research’s feasibility, priorities, methodologies, and procedures, gathering information, developing assessment criteria, and identifying and analyzing issues.Hands-on experience with open-source programming such as SQL, R, and/or Python.Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.Ability to conduct statistical analysis and determine statistical accuracy.Experience developing professional, senior-level reports, briefings, studies, and presentations.Proven experience collaborating with senior officials and teams.Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a changing environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills required.What Would Be Nice To Have
Experience with transit data.Salary Range
The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
