Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

The Washington, DC office of Fisher Phillips seeks an experienced employment litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a case handling attorney with significant experience in federal court.Responsibilities:Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings.Drafting and arguing motions.Taking and defending depositions.Managing litigation matters from start to finish.Working with clients on challenges under state and federal employment laws.Drafting & revising policies and training.Qualifications:Excellent academic credentials.Strong writing and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Desire for excellence and commitment to team members.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be admitted in DC and Maryland, or eligible to waive-in; Virginia admission is a plus.Application Materials:
