We are looking for a Product Manager of Financial Systems to join us in advancing the industry forward.Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Manager for the company’s financial systems (ERP + Reporting Tools)Act as the primary contact for all development changes requested by Finance and AccountingLead requirements gathering with a technical understanding of how the solution will be built and utilizedProactively engage with Accounting on impactful business changes in revenue management and taxationLead roadmap efforts to ensure the current stakeholder priorities are in line with development timelineTriage all requests made by stakeholders and detail product specifications and business requirements using an Agile approach, executed through standard Scrum boardEnsure proper change management is employed to communicate meaningful changes with a migration plan when system changes are madeAlign with cross-functional teams on changes that impact intercompany management and subsidiary controls.Work closely with internal development resources to ensure project expectations are effectively communicated and understood by all teamsPerform UAT on new features, including functional and regression testingBuild reporting and alerting processes within necessary applicationsHelp design, document, and maintain system processesCommunicate on key insights/findings, common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to solveConstantly be on the lookout for ways to improve functionality and deliver a great experience to the financial organization within SKIMSIdentify the differences in opportunities to execute small tasks independently, and when to leverage development resources and automationDesired Relative Experience
Extensive hands-on experience with business softwareExperience with NetSuite (ERP)Familiar with Intercompany, Multi-Entity AccountingExperience building reports and dashboards in LookerFamiliar with GAAP accounting and audit practicesExtensive understanding of unified retail experience (omnichannel fulfillment)Experience working with 3PL and Retail integrationsBasic understanding of Wholesale fulfillment and processesA functional understanding of tax systemsFamiliar with IPaaS tools such as Celigo (IntegratorIO)Familiar with SDLC proceduresGeneral understanding of best practices and business process in Finance and AccountingCPA Certification highly desired but not requiredRequirements
Bachelor’s Degree2 - 3 Years’ experience as a Product Manager for financial systems2 – 3 Years’ experience working in multi-subsidiary ERP system and intracompany transactionsExperience with POS and retail systems and processesProject Management, Systems Implementation, and Systems Integration experienceExtensive experience with SaaS platformsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 a yearBenefits And Culture
