The Senior position will troubleshoot tier one issues and elevate as needed. The Senior position will be delegated to act on behalf of the Manager, Talent Acquisition as necessary.Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL:

This position will be responsible for implementing strategies to improve the recruitment process and lead initiatives to attract, recruit, hire and retain talent. In addition to having direct recruitment responsibilities of managing an assigned case load, this position will supervise other talent acquisition specialists, conduct performance reviews, and communicate with hiring managers across the organization to develop consistent, regulatory compliant, and standardized approaches to employee selection activities.As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for RTD.Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates will contribute to building high-performing teams across various business functions.Your staff supervisory experience will assist in developing high performing and achieving team structure.You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process that aligns with RTD’s strategic goals and values.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases, to identify potential candidates.Create and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct proactive outreach and engagement with passive candidates to build relationships and encourage their interest in potential opportunities.Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against the job requirements.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural fit.Administer appropriate pre-employment assessments and tests, as needed, to gauge candidates' technical and soft skills.Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely process.Provide interview preparation guidance and feedback to both candidates and interviewers.Facilitate post-interview debriefs with hiring teams to discuss candidate evaluations and determine next steps.Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.Represent RTD at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions to promote the organization's culture and opportunities.Extend job offers to selected candidates.Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday.Other

Education:

Bachelor's degree required in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, psychology or other related field.Experience:

A minimum of four years of experience in selection interviewing for exempt/non-exempt positions, workforce planning, job analysis, development of selection tools, orientation systems, and budgets.A minimum of three years of supervisory experience over recruitment or related HR functions.A minimum of three years of experience with full cycle recruitment including sourcing candidates.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

Proficiency in federal and state employment related laws, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, Equal Employment & Opportunity, Americans with Disabilities Act, and CO Equal Pay Act.Proficiency in interviewing, counseling techniques, job analysis and methodologies.Proficiency in developing and scaling recruitment strategies as necessary based on business requirements.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Ability to manage time and workload effectively including planning, organizing and prioritizing.Ability to use good judgment and maintain confidentiality.Working Environment And Physical Requirements
