Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Global Manager, Sales and Event Marketing, to join our Hyatt Sales Force Americas team. The Global Manager will develop compelling content for our B2B Hyatt Sales Force customers across various segments (Group, Transient, Global Enterprise and Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure) that will drive account revenue, market share, increase loyalty and support other organizational goals. They will support account development strategies and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop meaningful and comprehensive sales materials. Additionally, the Global Manager will manage the B2B event planning and execution for the Americas based Luxury, Lifestyle and Leisure team. This includes implementation of key internal client events and activations to support revenue opportunities through our key partners as well as our proprietary programs. Uniquely curated activations and events, new business development and brand awareness globally is also key to supporting our hotels through proactive sales missions, tradeshows/events and hotel familiarization trips. The Global Manager will work closely with LLL Directors and Managers to organize, plan and execute. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force and individual hotel teams where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
The primary responsibilities of the Global Manager include both B2B marketing across HSF segments and Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure event planning/execution to directly impact revenue opportunities. This unique role offers an opportunity for a creative, passionate, and resourceful storyteller to create compelling content and messaging that supports our overall purpose and highlights our portfolio of brands to our B2B partners across the HSF Americas team. This position will support all segments including Meetings and Events, Corporate Travel, TMC/Consortia, Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure, with a close relationship across internal stakeholders including legal, corporate events, loyalty, B2B marketing, and more. The Global Manager will also be responsible for developing short term and long-term solutions to support marketing opportunities with external stakeholders. A supportive focus on new business development and brand awareness for our HSF Directors and Managers globally is also key to supporting our hotels through proactive sales missions and customer facing events. This is a remote position and reports directly to the Global Manager, Marketing & Analytics.Develop and manage B2B marketing strategies in line with Hyatt Sales Force (HSF) objectives.Plan and oversee events for 20-200 clients, supporting brand-led engagement and B2B opportunities across Luxury, Lifestyle & Leisure accounts.Share market research findings to refine marketing strategies and stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Create empowering tools for the team, including sales decks and educational webinars.Maintain open communication with HSF stakeholders to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and retain/expand key accounts.Implement individualized marketing strategies based on customer preferences and behavior data.Analyze campaign performance, gather feedback, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Update and manage sales collateral based on corporate guidelines, policies, and sound commercial judgment.Collaborate on new projects, increase support levels while ensuring brand integrity and quality.Manage internal communications on behalf of HSF, communicating with the field.Collaborate across business partners in Hyatt Prive, Brand teams, legal, marketing & loyalty, hotel partners, and HSF.Partner with internal teams to curate unique marketing touchpoints like newsletters, digital ads, editorial content, and other opportunities throughout the year.Manage event budgets.Support the planning and execution as well as attend industry events, representing Hyatt's principles and purpose, acting as a brand ambassador.Track KPIs and prepare Monthly Activities Reports when necessary.Qualifications
Experience Required:
