A Federal consulting company in Northern Virginia is looking for a Data Scientist to join their organization. This company works with various Federal agencies and will need this person to work on-site 3 or more days a week. Candidates should hold at least an active TS/SCI.Essential Job Functions
Provide hands-on technical leadershipArchitect and build solutions to collect, transform, and process data at scale in a cloud-based environmentBuild and maintain environments, processes, functionalities, and tools to improve all stages of solution developmentAssist in building, training, and deploying AI Models for the data science teamJob Competencies/Skill Requirements/Qualifications
Over 3 years’ experience in data engineeringExpertise in Python, SQL, MySQL, and AWS services including RDS, Dynamo DB, Redshift, Athena, S3, Lambdas, EC2, EMR, RedShift, SQS, and KafkaExperience with microservice development using Docker, ECS/KubernetesExperience with C/ICD deployment of data engineering solutionsExperience in building machine learning models preferredOffer
