Builders Capital is currently looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team at one of our offices. The Treasury Manager will support consistent lending activities by overseeing the company’s cash flow and financial risk, focusing on optimizing liquidity for construction lending activities. You’ll protect the company’s financial health and do so by monitoring daily cash balances, forecasting future funding needs based on upcoming projects, and establishing and maintaining relationships with capital partners to manage asset backed facilities.Builders Capital is the nation’s largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. Loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, in the form of single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities.Day To Day:

Manage assigned capital facilities to ensure ongoing compliance, assess on-going cash requirements, optimize capital usage and proactively identify risks.Provide reporting and analytics on underlying loan portfolios, cash flow, liquidity and treasury activities to leadership team.Manage relationships with capital partners.Assess loan originations, direct and process trades across facilities to maximize capital efficiency.Establish and maintain robust internal controls related to treasury operations.Create and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasts for assigned entities and loan portfolios.Collect and maintain large data sets to use within modeling or other data analysis initiatives.Must be able to troubleshoot any data issue or transformation problems using SQL, Visual Basic or other similar programs.Assist in Finance division special projects as required.Education And Experience:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.8 years of progressive experience in Treasury or Corporate Finance roles.Banking or other financial services industry experience is a plus.Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
