We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our innovative healthcare team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care through both in-person sessions and advanced telehealth platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in blending clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to deliver comprehensive mental health services. A passion for managing a patient’s mental health, improving outcomes, and enhancing the patient’s experience is essential.These duties are to be performed confidentially, following the mission, values, and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers, and guests.DESCRIPTION:Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient’s needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.Monitor and analyze client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.Collaborate closely with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members to create and implement integrated care plans.Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to promote wellness and prevent complications.Communicate effectively with patients, offering continuous support, answering questions, and addressing concerns.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions in electronic health records.Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.QUALIFICATIONS:Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.Current Illinois licensure as a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCPC, MSW or equivalent).Certification by a recognized certifying body.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, with the adaptability to meet evolving patient needs.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.Commitment to delivering client-centered care, promoting health equity, and optimizing client outcomes.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage patients effectively both in-person and remotely.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience as a Psychotherapist in a clinical setting.Bilingual proficiency.Application Process:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and relevant experiences.
