Finance Manager (Resolution Planning)
who will engage and execute robust and proactive risk management programs, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations while reducing risk and influencing risk stakeholders, risk offices, compliance, internal audit, and regulators. Education Level Bachelor’s Degree
or military experience Work Experience At least 5 years of Risk Management experience
in Finance, Operations, Compliance, Audit, or a combination Duties/Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and execution of audit and regulatory exams as they pertain to responsible areas Build and maintain strong relationships with and provide risk guidance to our Resolution and Recovery Program Office and business partner teams in Finance and across the enterprise Collaborate with broader horizontal FRM partner teams to provide risk analysis, insights, and reporting metrics Define mechanisms for capturing and reporting capability testing results Define roles and responsibilities for testing across capabilities owners, central Resolution and Recovery Program Office, and 2nd and 3rd lines of defense Design, prepare, and facilitate centrally-run capability tests with key stakeholders as needed Develop a comprehensive testing roadmap that defines the phasing of testing Develop and maintain documentation to include standards, procedures, and presentation materials. Engage with risk partners to ensure alignment on enterprise guidance, standards, and policies Manage the Resolution Plan capabilities inventory and develop a capabilities testing framework that differentiates the nature and intensity of testing by capability type and prioritization Provide pre-, during, and post-audit/exam management and risk advisory support for impacted business partners Regularly liaise with our 2nd and 3rd lines-of-defense teams and collaborate to address challenges levied on our business partners resulting from 2nd or 3rd line reviews Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry 7+ years of Risk Management experience in Finance, Operations, Compliance, Audit, or a combination Experience in leading large cross-functional project teams to deliver results Experience in resolution plans, recovery plans, capital or liquidity frameworks Master in Finance or Business Administration, or related field Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to clearly articulate complex topics both orally and written Adaptable to a changing environment Be a proactive problem solver Be a well-organized, self-starter Strong communication and presentation skills Strong critical thinking and analytical skills A strong culture of risk management across finance Benefits/Perks The bank offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial, and other benefits that support your total well-being.
