SaaS Applications Manager

to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters. Under the leadership of the Vice President of Information Technology, the

SaaS Applications Manager

is responsible for managing user access to various cloud-based SaaS applications, integrating these applications with other systems, and ensuring the security and compliance of sensitive data within the SaaS ecosystem for all Planned Parenthood Los Angeles departments. Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred managing software and application licenses inventory. Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred managing cloud applications vendors. Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred managing and securing accounts across multiple technology systems. Minimum 3-5 years of experience preferred managing SaaS applications, including administration, integration, and security. Minimum 5 years of experience preferred with data security measures and compliance requirements for SaaS applications, including familiarity with frameworks including HIPAA and NIST. Proficiency with APIs and integration tools to connect SaaS applications with other software, databases, or third-party services, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience required. Demonstrated experience in project coordination required, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience providing technical support and training to users of SaaS applications required. Ability and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County. Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work. If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid CA driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of CA vehicle code are required. About the Position:

Abortion patients are cared for at each of our health centers, and in part through the administrative, support, and other non-clinical services provided at all PPLA locations, and by all PPLA employees. Supporting these critical services is an essential job duty, and a fundamental responsibility of all employees and contractors. Administer and manage a portfolio of cloud-based SaaS applications. Collaborate with end-users and departments to understand their requirements and provide solutions using SaaS applications. Utilize APIs and integration tools to connect SaaS applications with other software, databases, or third-party services. In collaboration with IT team and vendors, develop and maintain integration pipelines to facilitate data flow and application interoperability. In collaboration with IT team and BI Analysts, plan and coordinate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from SaaS applications and deliver to relevant stakeholders or data warehouses. Create and manage data pipelines for automated data extraction and integration. Implement and enforce data security measures and compliance within SaaS applications, as required by PPLA’s Information Security and RQM frameworks. Monitor data access, usage, and data handling processes to ensure adherence to data protection regulations and PPLA policies as directed by the VP of IT and PPLA’s internal security and compliance programs. In collaboration with the IT team, manage user lifecycles from onboarding to offboarding. In particular, access request procedures, access security controls, and related audits. Provide technical support and high-level training to SaaS application users. Create and maintain documentation and training materials to enhance user access experience and adoption. Identify and address performance issues within SaaS applications and integration systems. Manage data workflows and application’s value to its users. Liaise with SaaS vendors to understand updates, resolve issues, and optimize application configurations. Evaluate and recommend new SaaS applications that align with business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Patient Services, Training, and compliance, to meet data integration and access requirements. Including but not limited to regularly communicating updates and changes to relevant stakeholders. Generous salary and benefits package includes:
