BASIS Ed Texas is seeking qualified candidates for a founding Head of School at our launching North Dallas campuses for the 2025/2026 School Year. These positions will be based at either BASIS Richardson or BASIS Plano. The anticipated start date for these roles is October 2024.

Head of School
is charged with the comprehensive responsibility for all activities involving students and faculty at the school site in creating a culture and atmosphere of the love of learning, intellectual collaboration and measurable results. The Head of School hires, trains, mentors and develops the faculty that provides outstanding classroom instruction leading to high achieving successful students. The Head of School is accountable for building strong relations with the community in order to facilitate the fundraising necessary for teacher incentive and booster participation.Education and Experience:Eligible to work in Texas Public SchoolsBachelor's Degree; Masters preferred5-7 years' experience in a school setting, preferably charter or independent2+ years' experience managing, leading and motivating peopleBenefits and Salary: Salary for this position is competitive and dependent on education and experience.
