Marketing Specialist

Job DescriptionSotheby’s International Realty Inc. is searching for a Marketing Specialist who will operate as the main point of day-to-day contact for real estate agents within the Beverly Hills and Brentwood offices. Be a subject matter expert in the market and marketing production including but limited to brand asset prioritization, print and digital campaign creation, strategy consultation, and listing support. Measure and maximize efficiency, volume and agent retention in a fast-paced environment. This position will implement what we value with our agents and customers at a local level.This position will be based out of the Beverly Hills and Brentwood offices, and report directly to the Southern California Marketing Services Manager. Indirectly to the Southern California Regional Marketing Director and local brokerage managers.ResponsibilitiesBuild digital and print marketing materials for agents to self-promote such as newsletters, brochures, and postcards using brand templates as well as custom designs.Facilitate the launch of properties/listings on the MLS & companywide websites by crafting promotional materials including digital and print ads, social media, property brochures, reporting marketing activities, property-specific websites, and more.Daily agent support; aid with customization and use of available marketing materials, templates, and programs. Aid with listing and buyer client presentations.Understand and promote Sotheby’s International Realty’s value proposition and apply brand/company marketing options both generally and in response to specific needs.Proactively strategize to increase the success rate for agents.Partner with the brokerage manager and marketing manager to improve existing agent programs and/or build custom initiatives and solutions.Act as a liaison, supporting brand and company messages and objectives with local agents, and sharing feedback and needs from these groups with leadership.Identify appropriate opportunities to promote individual listings as well as the office or agents locally.Ensure brand standards and quality control in all agent and listing marketing materials.Support agents with marketing materials and company platforms.Maintain familiarity with company-branded content and campaign initiatives and guide agents to appropriate resources to leverage them.Present marketing updates and information at brokerage sales meetings as appropriate.Attend and participate in local and company-wide marketing calls.Maintain frequent communications and submissions with the Public Relations Team to promote listings and agents.Track all marketing requests in our project management system Monday.com.Track and invoice marketing expenses as needed.Other duties as assigned by marketing and brokerage management to assist in the operation of the office/marketing department, including assistance when onboarding new agents and staff.QualificationsReal Estate Experience Preferred, not required.Associate or Bachelor Degree Required (Relevant real estate marketing or support experience may be considered in lieu of degree).2 years experience in a marketing, advertising, or similar transferable skilled real estate position preferred.Proficient Adobe Suite (Photoshop, In Design), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of MLS and other real estate databases is a plus.Outstanding customer service and enthusiasm.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with organization, graphic design and print advertising experience.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with confidence.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, proofing and understanding of branding.Present information clearly and confidently in one-on-one, small, and large group settings.Employment TypeFull-timeCompanySothebys International RealtyCompensation Range$30.00 - $31.25 ; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.EEO StatementEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
