Principal Geotechnical Engineer

We are proudly representing a leading firm in Houston who have had huge success in surrounding states and along the Gulf Coast. In the last three years they have doubled both their revenue and headcount and they are continuing to grow at an accelerating rate. Currently, they are looking for a Principal Engineer to head up their backlog of projects which run until 2028!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for a variety of projects.Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers.Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control.Drive innovation in geotechnical engineering practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong background in project management.Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas.Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhat We Offer:Above market salaryMultiple bonusesESOP firm401K Match 6%Flexible and Hybrid scheduleIf you are interested, apply now and we will reach out to discuss the position and the next steps in more detail.
