Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.LOB Job Description:Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex operational accounting functions/issues including in-depth analysis. The incumbent will take appropriate action based on process characteristics of extremely complex issues related to all operational accounting functions. Must be considered a subject matter expert in operational accounting policies and routines. Complex decisions are made based on analytical research and judgment. Requires extensive experience and must follow established procedures & guidelines while utilizing multiple systems & tools. Handles escalated situations that were unable to be resolved by the Accounting Specialist. Provides coaching and training to other associates. Ensures compliance with Federal and Bank Regulations. Excellent communication and follow-up skills required. To appropriately investigate and decision issues, incumbent will interact with multiple business partners. Communication includes process education, operational accounting education, setting appropriate expectations or skillfully defusing the situation.This role is in ATM Exceptions. Analysts are responsible for the analysis of ATMs serviced by vendors and financial center employees. Analysts resolve out of balances that have occurred for various reasons by communicating with Transportation Services, Financial Center personnel and Vendors daily to gain resolution to various types of exceptions. Exceptions are resolved by either adjusting customer DDAs and/or internal general ledgers to offset exceptions related to ATM transactions.Responsibilities:Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutionsManages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and servicesConsults on procedural, technical, and operational changesAdvances business products knowledge within operations environmentFosters relationships with partners and teammatesInspects data to identify issues and trendsPresents reporting on key performance and implementation statusRequired Qualifications:Cash Exception Platform reconciliation experience (Deposits)Recon Plus Frontier reconciliation experience (Dispense)Accounting / Operations experiencePrevious experience with general ledgerThorough understanding of debits and creditsExhibit excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, proficient with numbers and effective organizational skillsStrives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions, be a continuous learnerExcels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine best practice to understand future business needsThe ability to coach and train on all levelsStrong technical and analytical skillsSelf-motivated and results orientedOperational accounting experience along with working knowledge of processes to include applicable policies and regulationsSkills:Attention to DetailMonitoring, Surveillance, and TestingPolicies, Procedures, and Guidelines ManagementRegulatory ComplianceWritten CommunicationsAdaptabilityBusiness AcumenContinuous ImprovementCritical ThinkingProcess MappingChange ManagementConsultingData ManagementReportingResearchShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
