We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Marketing FP&A team. As an integral member of the FP&A team, our Organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business analysis that is both insightful and practical, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This is a critical position within the Finance organization, requiring knowledge of product, advanced tool and analytical skills, accuracy, great attention to detail, and ability to deliver to Company’s timelines. It is also a visible role within Finance for an energetic individual who thrives on collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and who has excellent communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support financial month end, quarter end close/forecast/reporting/variance analysis.Manage and influence Marketing investment; Develop and report on key performance measurements and dashboard to drive strategic resource allocation decision.Extract data sets, perform analyses, build financial models to support Marketing program return on investment analysis.Influence the development of scalable financial processes and metrics by partnering with Marketing, finance, and systems teams.What We Need To See
5+ years of finance / Marketing Finance/business analytic experience.Bachelor’s in finance, business or related degree (or equivalent experience).Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP, SFDC, Tableau and BI Tools applications, a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail and aesthetics (i.e., slide preparation, management reporting, etc).Ability to plan effectively and execute timely to deadlines.Detailed oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

The base salary range is 96,000 USD - 149,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
