Mid-Level Full Stack Application Developer

Workspace LLC is a Real Estate property management SaaS company in Irvine, CA, looking for a mid-level Full Stack Application Developer to join our existing team. You will be responsible for delivering newly developed applications through hands-on design and development of all N-Tier application layers, including database, business, security, and front-end user interfaces.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with management, end-users, and IT peers to develop new applications or enhancements to existing applications.Recommend technical design solutions and document the specialized design requirements, including security design considerations or solutions.We utilize the .NET Framework, .NET Core, React, and best practice software design practices.Researching, planning, designing, and developing new applications; maintaining existing code; working on new enhancements and features; writing, tuning, and debugging SQL stored procedures for use with web applications.Collaborating with other developers and management, sharing ideas, and presenting ideas during team meetings.Working with source code control systems such as GIT.Researching problems as necessary and recommending appropriate solutions.Occasional in-office/travel to Irvine, CA (approx. once a quarter).ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Minimum of 3+ years experience with web development with React and service architecture.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and AJAX.Experience with Material UI or similar.Experience with design patterns and OWASP security.Demonstrated experience with the Software Development Lifecycle concepts and techniques, including secure development methodologies.Ability to work as a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Possess a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in application development.Experience with Azure and Azure functions a plus.Experience with payment systems, such as Stripe a plus.Pay Range: $110,000—$120,000 USDAbout Lincoln Property Company
