The Lead Business Unit Systems Analyst contributes broad experience and a high level of expertise in business processes and system functionality. On project assignments of high risk and complexity, the position leads and directs activities such as requirement definition, research, analysis, testing, training, and documentation. This lead position provides operational and technical expertise and team leadership on major, complex initiatives. The position is responsible for giving work direction, mentoring and providing input to employee reviews for junior Analysts.

Candidate will be responsible for being an active team contributor. This is a functional and technical position that will be actively involved in design and implementing system integrations and enhancements that promote efficiency, compliance, and growth.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Participate in designing, implementing, and supporting various aspects of Oracle General Ledger and Fixed AssetsGather, organize, and document requirementsAnalyze requirements and design solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate to high complexity and riskParticipate in quality assurance testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for various aspects of Oracle General Ledger and Fixed AssetsAssist with system/data analysis and report solution development based on requirementsImplement solutions and provide system supportFollow Agile Practices to form high performing delivery teamsResponsible for maintaining team backlog to sustain platform health and drive continuous growthFollow guidelines and work well within a team environmentEnsure team collaboration to work towards issue resolutions

What are the requirements needed for this position?7 years of Business Analyst, Project Management or similar experience3+ years of experience working with Enterprise Financial ERP systems (ex: Oracle Financials, PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.)3+ years of technology, accounting, or finance experience2+ years working with General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules, month-end and year-end closing activities, creating and maintaining ledger setupsFamiliarity with IT general controls (ITGC)Understanding of data conversion and system integrationFamiliarity with Agile methodology, values, principles, framework, and practicesFamiliarity with technology tools such as: SQL, API, ETL / SSIS, ODI, data marts, .NET, etc.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger and Fixed Assets moduleStellar interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to juggle multiple high-priority projectsProficiency with business system design/modeling, documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies

Pay Range$84,100.00 - $140,500.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
