So, before we get to the job details, take a minute to learn a little more about us – our values and our culture - visit VF Careers or www.vfc.com.What will you do?A day in the life of a Senior Analyst, FP&A Americas at VF looks a little like this:Support the analysis and presentation of Americas financial results and operating metrics for monthly forecasts and plan, providing insights on the business performance at the aggregate level.Support reporting and prepare presentations of Americas financial results in preparation of quarterly Board of Directors meetings.Support establishment of best practices across all Brands in the Americas.Work with VF’s Business Intelligence team to establish all required reporting for the Americas region.Support the communication of financial performance for the region with the Corporate FP&A team and the compilation of ad hoc requests.Support Flash reporting for the Americas Region.Understand reporting of the weekly DTC business performance for the region.Understand the marketing return on investments in the region.Work with the VF’s Global reporting team in relation to reporting for the Americas region.Support approval processes including but not limited to, strategic investments, marketing headcount and T&E.Support the tracking and execution of the OGSTM for the Americas Finance team.Develop an understanding of Americas Region objectives, both financial and strategic, and a keen insight into VF’s current and future business.Support and understand the monthly cash flow results for the region compared to expectation and analyze variances.Support the Americas CFO on all group initiatives for the Americas region.Partner with the accounting team to align on all management accounting activities and ensure best practices are followed.What do you need to succeed?We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel.Education/Experience:Years of Related Professional Experience: 3+BA/BS in Business, Finance, or other related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.Fortune 500 publicly traded company experience in a matrix organization strongly preferred.MBA or CPA preferred.Skills:Financial and performance analysis experience & strong financial skills required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong financial modeling skills, especially income statement and cash flow analysis.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Outstanding PC skills in Microsoft environment, including spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation capabilities.Ability to work closely with the Finance and Operations staffs while driving a results-oriented culture and an atmosphere of accountability.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment & to be a team player.Highly organized & achievement-oriented.Self-starter, able to handle multiple demands & competing priorities.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.Ability to effectively present findings to management in a clear and concise manner.Travel (%):

$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
