As a purpose-led, performance-driven company, we are committed to inclusion, diversity, equity, and action.What will you do?The global brands financial planning and analysis team serves as the critical partner for the brand’s global leadership team. The Director of FP&A will lead the financial planning process of the strategic future year plans, model new growth vectors and opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress against these growth initiatives.Responsibilities:Establish 3 year rolling financial plan (LRP) partnering with global strategy, global merch planning & Ops, product, supply chain and regional finance teams.Analyze short term (actual and forecast) and long term (annual plan and strategic plan) business trends in all channels utilizing KPIs from multiple sources.Support global brand Presidents with BOD, ELT and ad hoc request/analysis.Monitor/control global brand costs, global marketing spend, and product-related expenses.Support Global DT/SC on future investments needs.Establish standardized global cost framework.Coordinate and consolidate the brand’s global financials.Drive adherence to operating budgets and achieve annual SG&A savings goals.Manage one Sr. analyst and assist in the development of department personnel.Support business partners with key strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests.What do you need to succeed?8+ years of related professional experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.5+ years of people leadership experience.Experience in a Fortune 500 publicly traded company.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong financial modeling skills.Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.Outstanding PC skills in Microsoft environment.Ability to work closely with Finance and Operations staffs.Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.Special Requirements:Minimum travel required.Hybrid Office Arrangement - 4 days in office, 1 day remote.What do we offer you?We offer extensive development and growth opportunities, a competitive compensation package, and a strong benefits package.Hiring Range:

$142,560.00 USD - $178,200.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential:
