Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier IT professionals in a variety of roles within our organization and client base. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality IT candidates.Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise on recruitment strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on the IT industry.In-depth knowledge of IT roles and industry standards.Strong interviewing and assessment skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
