The Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels, collaborating with recruiters, and utilizing advanced search techniques. This role involves screening candidates, building pipelines, and staying updated on industry trends. Key qualifications include proven sourcing experience, familiarity with relevant tools, and strong communication skills. Develops and implement a recruitment plan.Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and requirements for each position.Utilize advanced search techniques to find qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.Screen and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values.Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.Continually explore alternative staffing, sourcing, and selection techniques to align with best practices in the industry.Identify, plan and participate in professional conferences, job fairs, open houses and other recruiting events.Identify and develop relationships with schools of nursing/colleges to develop a pipeline of candidates.Anticipate recruitment problems, consider new sources of labor supply, and improve recruitment methods.Coordinate performance of background checks, verification of licensure and/or certification per hospital policy. Coordinate reference checks.Demonstrate knowledge of job requirements of various positions in the organization.Confirm offer of employment, in writing, to applicant.Assist with the development of job descriptions for staff.Maintain thorough documentation.Use accurate, clear and concise oral and written communication.Maintain a good working relationship with all levels of the organization.Attend meetings, prepare reports and analyze and provide recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.Contribute to various Human Resources department initiatives by recommending approaches and ideas to affect continual improvement in efficiency of the department and services provided.Partner and collaborate with the Director of Recruitment (Talent Management) to ensure efficiency in operations of the recruitment and compensation.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Education:

High School DiplomaPreferred Education:

Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum Work Experience And Qualifications:Computer skills - Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.); demonstrated ability to use computer software.Applicant tracking system/database knowledge.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Preferred Work Experience And Qualifications:Minimum of one (1) year of direct equivalent recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Working knowledge of Human Resources, business and economics databases.Proven experience as a Sourcer or similar role in a fast-paced recruiting environment.Familiarity with different sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards.Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and the importance of candidate experience.Adaptability to evolving recruitment strategies and market dynamics.Required Licensure, Certification, Registration Or Designation:
