The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director, FP&A, and will provide the support for generating accurate, driver-based forecasts for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, through strong engagement with our functional teams and regional leaders. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance or Accounting professional to join a dynamic and growing market leader.Here’s what you’ll do....

Financial Review Preparation:Coordination and compilation of financial and operational information used in the monthly financial reviews with senior / executive management and the Board of DirectorsPreparation, analysis, and communication of month end financial results for Executive and Operational leadershipSupporting the organization, including, but not limited to:Support the month end closing and forecast processDrive budget and forecast process for assigned areas of focus, including functional and regional areas of responsibilityAnalyze and interpret financial/operating results; improve forecast accuracy and visibility, link financial activities to key business driversSupport delivery of decision support by focusing on enhancing business valueMake recommendations to achieve planned performance for the operating teamsUnderstand, communicate and explain variance drivers within the business across functions and regionsIdentify risks & opportunities and work with functional leaders in mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunitiesWork with Aptos management to develop financial business cases to support proposed projectsEstablish strong business partner relationship with Aptos managementRecommend, develop and implement operational analytic models for strategic and operational decision making including, but not limited to:Revenue forecast and analysisOperating KPI’sCash ForecastingTrend analysis and business influencesPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of the budget and forecast including:Detailed variance and bridge analysisTrend / run rate impactsOne time event analysisRecommend, develop and implement actionable, repeatable analytic reportingHere’s what skills you’ll need...

Bachelor level degree in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferredStrong Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and PowerpointDetailed knowledge of general ledger and financial statementsAbility to perform complex financial analysis and modeling utilizing data from disparate sourcesAbility to model forecasts within planning systems; prior experience implementing or enhancing a financial planning and analysis tool would be a plusDemonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes and ability to proactively drive inputs to budgets and forecastsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence, to build meaningful relationships and to drive for results across functional linesProcess focused with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environmentExtremely detail oriented with a tenacity to always get the job doneOrganized and self-motivated to accomplish goalsAbility to multi-task and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environmentComfortable operating in an ambiguous environment that changes according to business needThe pay range for this position is between $80,000 and $92,000 plus Incentive Bonus. Starting salary may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.We offer a competitive total rewards package including a base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. For those in eligible roles, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
