The UI/UX Developer should have the following:SummaryIndividual is the bridge between users and the digital products they interact with. This role will conduct research to understand user needs and frustrations, then translate that knowledge into intuitive and user-friendly designs. This will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize your ideas, including the creation and maintenance of style guides used by development teams. This role will work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are not only appealing but also feasible and aligned with business goals.Typical ResponsibilitiesBe part of multiple fast-paced agile scrum teams and participate in planning, sizing, documenting, executing, testing, and launching of projects.Provide support in UI/UX Design and Development across multiple teams.Produce high quality user interfaces and visually appealing designs from conception to completion. Transform complex requirements into intuitive and usable flows for our user experience.Create and produce UI/UX deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, low & high-fidelity mock-ups, sitemaps, style guides, etc.)Drive design process in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams spanning multiple products. Being organized and forward thinking beyond what is initially requested; your ability to multi-task between multiple projects, products and teams with competing priorities will be key.Develop an in-depth understanding of user needs and goals. You will act as the primary user-advocate during the conception, into the design process and throughout development, subjecting early-stage prototypes to user testing or expert review by internal stake holders.Able to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively to gain buy-ins from stakeholders.Must have skills:Proficiency in Figma and wireframe prototyping toolsHTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript Frameworks (Angular)Fluent in WCAG compliance and ADA design standardsUnderstanding and adherence to support Section 508, AA level compliance ratings for all products along with assurance of ADA compatibility for both digital and print materials.Passion about design is huge (embraces design and has pride in what they do)Experience working with and contributing to a Design SystemExperience conducting user research/user testing.Nice to have:Adobe CC and Adobe XDDevOps experienceAgileSEOEducation/ExperienceA bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or a combination of related education and work experience in the areas of application/web /systems/database development to equal four years.3+ years of experience in UX design working with Enterprise and Web Applications.These minimum requirements will also include additional criteria specific to the position.
