Each initiative is carefully selected to achieve a significant return for the company and adds value to the growth of the Compass Group. A successful candidate will be a strategic, big-picture thinker and be able to effectively analyze complex problems, apply data-driven decision making, communicate solutions to a wide range of audiences, and drive change throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Understand corporate pricing strategies in order to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize financial impactsPlan and organize a portfolio of key client pricing analyses across multiple stakeholders, including defining scope and timelineCreate tailored, client-specific pricing analyses using relevant data and toolsPresent analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to the various personnel levels of the organizationDevelop reports and dashboards to track and report progressAnalyze complex business problems and data sets to draw conclusions and recommendationsChallenge business norms through analysis and creative, critical thinkingQualifications:B.S. in Business and/or Finance-related degree.3-5 years' experience in an analyst, consultant, or management roleMBA, Six Sigma, and/or external consulting experience preferredStrong quantitative skills requiredExperience with data mining and analysis (primarily Excel)Financial/statistical analysisExcellent communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of an organizationMicrosoft Office applications.
