Responsibilities:

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for the resolution of level 1 / 2 support requests on all technology platforms in addition to system & user administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in both systems and network. They will be structured & organized in their approach to resolving issues and be Customer Service oriented. There will be an occasional need to travel in the area requiring your own transportation.

This position can be remote but must provide occasional support onsite at our clients site in Peyton, CO.Qualifications:Working knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft applicationsExcellent knowledge of hardware, software, and basic networkingExperience with Apple products is a plusExperience with G Suite is a plusExperience with Active Directory is a plusCertifications preferredThe candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipmentA valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a can-do attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our ACE factor Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.Compensation Range:

$35,000 50,000/annually
