Our platform empowers users to embark on personalized wellness journeys, fostering growth and well-being in every individual we serve.Join our team and help us create exceptional digital experiences for our users!Volunteer Position Overview:As a Senior QA Analyst at Menzies Philanthropic Foundation, you will lead quality assurance efforts for our My Source Network platform. You will design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and work closely with development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences that align with our mission of holistic healing and support.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plansLead the creation and execution of complex test cases and scenariosPerform and oversee various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testingImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scriptsAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholdersMentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidanceCollaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and improve product qualityIdentify and drive process improvements in the QA workflowParticipate in code reviews and provide feedback on code qualityStay updated on industry trends and emerging QA technologiesContribute to the definition and monitoring of quality metrics and KPIsSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in software quality assuranceStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Python)Familiarity with Agile development methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience with performance testing and security testing is a plusKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesAbility to work independently and lead small teamsISTQB certification or equivalent is preferredExperience working in a remote environmentInterest in holistic healing and wellness approaches is advantageous
