Position description:
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the business development team to ensure the long-term success of our customers by acting as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. As the Account Manager, you will communicate new enhancements, integrations, TSD developments, campaigns and news to clients, maintain accurate and up to date data in CRM, and help manage the post sales process through implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will develop relationships within your assigned territory/account list.-Manage the long-term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk and ensure retention.-Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists.-Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:
College Degree preferredMust have 1+ years of experience in relevant industry; car rental, dealership, travel, or software salesAbility to travel 25% across the USBilingual in Spanish preferredExcellent customer service and relationship building skillsProficient in MS Office productsMust have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
