As an HRIS and HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a role in transforming our HR operations and driving strategic decisions through data insights. You will help us creatively develop various HR analytics for the corporation globally as well as for each individual business unit. You will help us continue our forward movement on data management and automation within our HRIS systems.What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:HRIS ManagementMaintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and securityParticipate in configuration and optimization of HR system modules to meet the organization's changing needsTroubleshoot and resolve any data or system issuesTrain HR staff and end-users on HRIS system functionalities, best practices and significant updatesParticipate in projects including system upgrades and implementationsData Analysis & ReportingParticipate in the development and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports using PowerBI and ExcelConduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in reportsProvide actionable insights by analyzing HR data related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, performance, and other HR metrics.Participate in the presentation of data results to the broader HR teamProcess ImprovementIdentify and propose opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved data managementCollaborate with HR and other teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to implement system enhancements and new technologiesEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policiesWhat we are looking for (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education)We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:Required ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in HRIS Administration or HR AnalyticsExperience with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors and DayforcePreferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficiency in PowerBI and ExcelStrong understanding of HR processes and practicesHigh level of proficiency in Excel and other data management toolsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or a related field or 5 years of relevant work experienceTravel & Working EnvironmentThis role may require occasional travelThis position will be hybrid with 3 days onsite in the Charlotte officeHow we live our cultureOur culture is at the center of what we do and, more importantly, who we are.
