The successful candidate will provide the highest quality legal representation, treat all customers with fairness and respect, and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume environment. We are looking for an Associate Attorney who demonstrates our core values: High quality work, Effective communication, and Ownership.Responsibilities:Treats all customers with fairness and respect while creating fair payment solutions that fit their financial situation.Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases.Willing to travel to various courts within the state of Georgia as legal representation in various legal proceedings and to attend court hearings.Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results.This position is remote but the applicant must reside in Georgia.Must have

license.Position RequirementsEducation: J.D. from accredited law schoolBar Admission: Georgia, member in good standing; licensed to practice law in other states is a plus but not mandatoryExperience:At least 0-3 years of practice – civil litigation/trial experience, with preference given to candidates that possess experience in debt collection, foreclosure, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA claims, as well as creditor rights generally.Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Computer savvy and experience with the Microsoft Suite of programs; case management software; strong courtroom appearance; civil jury or non-jury trial experience; keen attention to detail; organized; ability to multi-task; outstanding time management skills; skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations; possess strong work ethic and willingness to be part of a team.Employment Type:
