We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:
• Develop data integration, quality, and database solutions in the banking compliance area under monitoring and oversight by analyzing business functional and technical requirements as well as assist in implementing them.
• Evaluate services using a variety of internal and external data and provide inputs and solutions based on current and target state of the application.
• Support the technical development lead and global team by working on the prioritized changes and ensure delivery of well-tested, signed-off, and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Assist quality control and project management.
• Identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional as well as non-functional requirements.
• Work in the monitoring and oversight delivery team in the U.S. Geography.
• Engage with various different projects and be responsible for monitoring & oversight change deliveries.
• Develop in house applications for checking operational activities related to employees and traders.

Your expertise
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Data Integration Architect, Project Lead, Module Lead, or a related occupation.
