Job DescriptionOur organization is shifting towards AI based processing, are you comfortable using AI to drive value and insights? We are looking to hire a D365 CRM - VP, Senior Developer, Retail and Institutional with strong skills and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or another relevant CRM system, and enterprise integration experience with both legacy platforms and external data providers. The position will report to the Head of Enterprise Applications. The candidate should have experience working with wealth distribution/retail and institutional alternative sales products and services from a technology perspective. This role is very hands-on and requires the individual to build working relationships with business counterparts and share an enthusiasm for all things technology. This person will need to work as part of a team, collaborating with others to design, deliver, and support complex solutions.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business teams in customizing, developing, integrating, extending and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM to meet their needsWork with technology and design teams to support the business teams in identifying challenges on the horizon and driving continuous improvement and solutions.Monitor, configure and troubleshoot integration issues between CRM and other software systems, including deployment and provisioning activitiesServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of CRM software to include technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgradesPerform CRM application configurations and customizationLead and/or participate in discovery and analysis sessions to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations. Assist with the evaluation of new technologies to integrate into CRMAdvocate and enforce system/data/delivery best practices Maintain all technical documentation on key systems and processes Support Agile based methodologies for CI/CD deliveryQualifications5+ years of experience in, or working closely with, institutional or alternative asset management or a top tier U.S. direct lending firm5+ years of experience in system design, application development, software engineering, or other related experienceExperience in integrating Dynamics CRM (Sales & Service) or other relevant CRM with related Financial Services Applications, Legacy Systems, 3rd party frameworks and toolsWorking with global and offshore teams to establish and maintain CRM technologyWork experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environmentsKnowledge of alternative investment products and services, including private credit and direct lendingKnowledge of wealth distribution/retail alternative sales products and servicesExperience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, Power Automate, plug-in creation, and creation of custom integration solutions, developing & deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dev/Ops, development of solutions using PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)Core Skills: C#, .Net, Javascript, Java, D365 workflow customization, CRM API’s, CRM Plugins, SQLYou get things done; consistently delivering high quality work in a demanding environment.You clearly articulate viewpoints verbally and in writing, fostering confidence when sharing and presenting information.The Fine PrintMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the United StatesMust be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background checkMust be willing to work from an Antares officeNew York City Only: salary ranges are specific to market location; the salary range for this position is USD $160,000 to $200,000 and eligible for annual bonus.
