Well-funded and growing startup is looking for a Senior or Staff Level Full-Stack Engineer to join their team! You will work closely with the CTO and lead 4 other developers from a technical standpoint. Responsibilities
Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack solutions from inception to deploymentBuild and optimize backend services using Rust and GoDevelop and maintain efficient front-end applications using TypeScript and Node.jsLeverage CloudFlare for performance optimization and securityCollaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define technical specifications for new featuresConduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and implement bug fixesExperiment with new technologies and development boards to drive innovationWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products under tight schedulesRequirements
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience (ideally founding engineer or CTO)Proven experience building out a product 0 to 1 in a startup settingStrong experience with Rust and/or Go for backend developmentProficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js for front-end and server-side developmentFamiliarity with CloudFlare for CDN, security, and performance enhancementsProven track record of building and deploying scalable, high-performance applicationsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex system architecturesStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a teamPassion for innovative video streaming products and technologiesEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role within the companyInterested in hearing more?
