STV is seeking a highly skilled PMIS Specialist / Microsoft SharePoint SME to join our dynamic Digital Advisory team at our New York City offi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Project Management Information System (PMIS) with a primary focus on Microsoft SharePoint. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and customization, as well as a strong background in project management principles. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Administration & Development: Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other related tools. Implement and manage document management systems, ensuring proper version control and user access. Project Management Information System (PMIS) Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the PMIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization. Integrate SharePoint with other PMIS tools and systems to enhance project tracking and reporting capabilities. Provide technical support and training to end-users on PMIS functionalities and best practices. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and manage project dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into project performance and metrics. Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the PMIS and related systems. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the PMIS aligns with project goals. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and PMIS-related issues. Conduct regular training sessions and create user documentation to promote effective use of SharePoint and PMIS. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and PMIS technologies, trends, and best practices. Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance, usability, and user satisfaction. Participate in cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development. Proven experience managing and enhancing PMIS solutions. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools. Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate). Experience with other project management tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello). Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
