Oliver Wyman's Actuarial Health Practice is searching for a person to support a business via in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and tools. The successful candidate will demonstrate a basic understanding of the business service area, clients, key terms, and service offerings. Executive Assistants handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity while communicating openly and often with team members to continually strive to promote smooth workflow and ensure client needs are met. We are looking for someone who will be committed to the company and will add to the life and culture of Oliver Wyman.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive support to staff and senior business leaders in various administrative business functionsCollaborate with staff in the collection of invoicesAdminister project code setup and ensure compliance with associated requirementsCollaborate with staff on the development of new business proposals, as well as the preparation of expense reportsDesign and create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for reports and presentations, as well as data entry supportManage the production and distribution of reportsHandle team scheduling, travel, and meeting arrangementsAssist all staff with time entry proceduresSchedule candidate interviews and provide support during the onboarding processCoordinate holiday cards, gifts, and office social eventsPerform a range of administrative duties as required to manage office and assist staffQualifications Required / Desired Skills & Competencies3+ years of previous corporate administrative or customer service experiencePossess advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; previous experience with Salesforce is beneficialA problem-solver, able to work across a multicultural environment effectively. Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to help reach a viable solution and goal for internal and external business needsA strong service-oriented focus.
