WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLEObtain 4-5 Demos on average per weekMeet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set RateCoach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisalDrive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing ManagerEnsure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authoritiesRespect all current and potential customer propertyIntervene immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the CanvassAdhere to all protocols when an incident occursEnsure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelinesComplete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out/time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops. Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional.
