Obtain 4-5 Demos on average per weekMeet or exceed the Model for Demos, HpD and Set RateCoach and enforce adherence to the methodology by demonstration and appraisalDrive to and from targeted neighborhoods safely and efficiently in absence of Proximity Marketing ManagerEnsure all ordinances are met and maintain relationships with all local authoritiesRespect all current and potential customer propertyIntervening immediately when a Marketer encounters a complaint, verbal challenge, or unreasonable behavior from anyone during the CanvassAdhering to all protocols when an incident occursEnsure that every Marketer meets the appearance guidelinesComplete and sign a Vehicle Log daily including the daily safety check, time out/time in from the office, the neighborhoods visited and any stops. Ensure your vehicle is always clean and professional. Clean inside the vehicle nightlyMap out every teammate’s daily canvass along with alternative territoriesAlways maintain professional appearance in accordance with company handbookWHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredValid Driver’s license required and additional insurance requirementsAt least 1-2 years of sales experienceSales driven mentalityExcellent team relations, empathetic & personable skillsExceptional communication skillsExceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a teamAbility to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timelyMust be able to organize & prioritizeAbility to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environmentAbility to work independentlyAbility to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise managementWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - THE CULTURE & BENEFITS
