Compass One, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Director of Business Development position available in the Midwest. This professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter able to work independently. This is not a management position; the Director of Business Development will be responsible for assuring profitable market growth through the procurement of new Healthcare accounts. The ideal candidate will reside in the midwest, near a major airport.Key Responsibilities:Strong sales and sales-related function skills including commitment to Compass Sales ProcessDrive new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitabilityExcellent rapport and relationship builder over the long-term selling cycleIdentify vital support resources to successfully close new businessAbility to multi-task and prioritize; strong time management skillsConsistently exceed sales quotasHigh energy, positive attitude and excellent communication/presentation skillsCommunicate effectively across the organization both horizontally and vertically.
