The University of Chicago's Department of Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology ( https://mgcb.uchicago.edu/ ) in the Biological Sciences Division seeks faculty in molecular genetics, molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, quantitative biology, and related fields, broadly defined. We particularly welcome applicants whose research utilizes model organisms and/or innovative approaches to investigate fundamental questions in molecular biology and cell biology.Rank and tenure status will be commensurate with qualifications, although we anticipate the tenure-track assistant professor level.
