They welcome applications from diverse candidates who share their commitment to serving underserved communities.Job RequirementsA bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., early childhood education, public policy, non-profit management, business administration)At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in early care and education, social services, or a related fieldProven track record of success in building relationships with stakeholders, overseeing the development of programs, and management of budgetsStrong understanding of early childhood education policy and researchExperience working with underserved communities and familiesExcellent communication, leadership, and management skillsAbility to think strategically, problem-solve creatively, and make data-driven decisionsStrong numeracy skills in finance and budgeting
