Growing together.This position is within our Refresh Mental Health (RMH) organization at Life Strategies, which provides a variety of behavioral and mental health treatments, including individual and group therapy, schools, home health, and outpatient programs.We seek board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrists to join our outstanding team. This is a center based position with some schools in Cabot, AR.Summary: Under the direction of the Medical Director, this position is responsible for providing psychological care to outpatient clients by performing the following duties.Primary Responsibilities:Provides psychiatric care, medication assessments, and crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients.Develops individual evaluations based upon assessment data and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of ongoing medication management services.Review, evaluate, and collaborate with other professionals to discuss treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.Manage caseload and documentation; maintains documentation of services including service plans, progress notes, medication informed consent, treatment plan reviews and other required information in compliance with LSCI, RSPMI, Joint Commission and any other third-party compliance standards.Provides consultation and health education to agency staff and clients as it is relative to the treatment and medication needs of agency clients.Responsive to psychiatric emergencies for appropriate intervention and evaluations.Receives medical supervision from the Medical Director (Psychiatrist) for administration and maintenance of psychiatric care to patients, consistent with the applicable regulations in the state of Arkansas.Practice in accordance with the respective state laws and regulations governing the practice of psychiatric advance practice nursing.Other duties as assigned.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Clean and unrestricted Arkansas license.Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist.Expertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positively.Proven excellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness.Advantages:No on-call, no evenings, no weekends, and no holidays.Outstanding work/life balance.Up to $50k in NHSC funds available.Health, dental, vision, 401k w/ match available with W2 model.Flexible work schedule.Malpractice insurance provided.EAP, Student Loan Forgiveness Program, Incentivized Referral Bonus Program, Free CME Program, and more for FT employees.Collaboration with some of the brightest minds in Psychiatry.
