This is a hybrid position.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $255,573 to $372,297 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Salary range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus variable based upon experience and metric achievement.Requirements:Must have a clean and unrestricted Arkansas licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible PsychiatristExcellent communication, patient relations, time management skills, and safety awareness are requiredExpertise and experience treating children, adolescents, and families would be viewed positivelyAdvantages:Outpatient onlyNo on-call, no evenings, no weekends, and no holidaysOutstanding work/life balanceUp to $50k in NHSC funds availableHealth, dental, vision, 401k w/ match available with W2 modelMalpractice insurance providedEAP, Student Loan Forgiveness Program, Incentivized Referral Bonus Program, Free CME Program, and more for FT employeesCollaboration with some of the brightest minds of PsychiatryAbout Life Strategies Counseling Inc. Services are offered for a wide variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, childhood abuse and trauma, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, and addiction recovery.LSCI
