Our multidisciplinary care teams are dedicated to outstanding clinical services, research, and education to improve care, quality, and outcomes for our patients.Main tasks include:Computed Tomography TechnologistUnder the direction of the Department Director/Manager/CT Lead, the Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for producing quality diagnostic images of human anatomy and vascular structures following prescribed protocols.Performs examinations in a proficient, courteous, and professional manner to favorably promote the services offered at the facility.Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations.Demonstrates radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self, as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines.Maintains equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, regulatory or accreditation requirements. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Demonstrates knowledge and ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies, e.g., The Joint Commission and American College of Radiology (ACR) and Title 22 standards and guidelines.Complies with hospital policies and procedures at all times.Demonstrates strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.Relates well to clinical personnel and medical staff, as well as interacts well with the public.Performs CT exams independently.Follows physician's orders.Accesses patency of IV sites before injections.Looks up lab values and pulls related exams for radiologist viewing.We value our employees and offer a comprehensive package to support your career growth, well-being, and work-life balance.

Qualifications
